Tim is a farm and ranch broker with Swan Land Company and has been honored to have the opportunity to serve and represent some of the finest farm, ranch, and recreational properties in Montana. After graduating from Montana State University, he began his professional career as a research scientist working with fungal and bacterial pathogens controlling various noxious weed species and helped form a grower cooperative growing gluten-free grains. Prior to joining Swan Land, he and his wife Leesa founded Montana Real Estate and helped guide the successful real estate sales effort for Moonlight Basin Ranch in Big Sky for over a decade. He and his wife have two children and a collection of pets. They enjoy all that makes Montana great and traveling as a family. Given free time, he enjoys chasing anything that swims with his fly rod and has slowly come to discover that “there aren't any days you can't fish, just some that you shouldn't.” As a Bozeman native, Tim has benefitted from all the Gallatin Valley Land Trust has been able to accomplish in the community and is honored to have the opportunity to serve this esteemed organization.
