DIY LANTERNS AT HOME

Anyone who wants to make a lantern and walk in the parade can join the fun! There are countless ways to make glowing lanterns that can be carried. Random Acts of Silliness suggests making something inspired by the Winter Bloom theme of sunshine, flowers, insects, and wildlife. Get creative and then meet at 5:45 p.m. at the Dino Playground parking lot. Pre-registration is helpful for planning purposes but is not required.
