Meet at the Chestnut trailhead in your hiking shoes or with your bike! We are going to give this trail some much-needed vegetation brushing/pruning to increase sight lines. GVLT with give a brief overview of the land easement that allows us access to such a great trail!

WHERE: Chestnut Trailhead

TIME: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

WHAT TO BRING:

• Closed-toe shoes suitable for hiking or biking

• Water and snacks

• Sunscreen

• Work/gardening gloves

• A raincoat

• Sunglasses are recommended.

• BONUS: If you have an electric hedge trimmer, loppers, pruners, or a silky saw please bring them with you!

No prior trail work experience is required! We welcome all ladies who identify with the women’s community as well as nonbinary people.
