Details:

As the snow melts and spring arrives in Bozeman, winter’s secrets are unveiled—piles upon piles of dog poop!

While we love our furry friends, we sometimes miss where our dogs do their duty. With the Poop Fairy out of service, the Gallatin Watershed Council, Outside Kind, and GVLT have banded together to host the Bozeman Dog Poop Cleanup on Thursday, May 9, from 3 to 5 p.m.

Volunteers will be distributed around Bozeman to scoop the poop before it enters our streams and before a busy recreation season. Team leaders will pick up dog poop cleanup materials (scoopers, trash bags, buckets) for their team from GVLT’s office (212 S. Wallace Ave., Suite 101) the week of the event. Team members will meet up with their team leader at the location and get to scoopin.’ After signing up, additional details will be provided.
