GVLT is seeking a welcoming and organized individual to join our operations and development team to further our mission of trails and conservation in Southwest Montana. The Development and Office Administrator will primarily support the fundraising activities of the organization by ensuring accuracy of our donor database. This team member will also periodically plan and represent GVLT at fundraising and community events. This position will play a critical supporting role for all programs and team members through administrative duties. As the router of general phone calls, emails and in-person guests, this team member will be the welcoming first face for many donors, partners, and landowners that engage with the organization. All growing organizations rely on smooth and efficient internal operations and this team member will support office management, meeting coordination and human resources processes. The Development and Office Administrator will serve on a team of 6 and will interface regularly with lands and trails teams as well. GVLT is seeking someone who thrives working in an office environment and enjoys a balance of both people facing tasks and attention to detail within data and systems. This position is ideal for someone who wants to help advance the mission of trails and conservation and wants to maintain a flexible schedule. This position is planned for 30 hours but the exact schedule of those hours is flexible. GVLT is a growing organization so this position has the potential, if the employee is interested, to absorb new duties or hours in the future.
