
Mimi is legal counsel for The Trust for Public Land, a national nonprofit land conservation organization that seeks to connect everyone to the outdoors through the creation of parks and trail systems and preservation of open space. Prior to joining TPL, Mimi was a private practice attorney with a focus on real estate transactions and business law. Mimi grew up in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and law degree from the University of Denver. Following her time in Colorado and before moving to Bozeman in 2017, Mimi served as a term law clerk for the US District Court in Boise, Idaho and practiced law in Jackson, Wyoming for several years. She most recently served on GVLT’s NextGen Advisory Board before joining the governing board. In her free time, Mimi enjoys being out on the trails and rivers with her husband, Jordan, and their Westie, Dot.
