“Having been President of NJ Conservation Foundation for seven years, and after moving to Montana eight years ago and witnessing the pace of growth in the county, I hoped to use that experience to help GVLT to preserve working farms and ranches, and expand Bozeman's remarkable trail system. GVLT has been extremely effective, especially in the past few years!”
Keith grew up in Lake Forest, IL and received his BA in Classics from Lawrence University and an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University. In 1979 he joined Herman's World of Sporting Goods in New York City and left as VP of Merchandising for Hunting, Fishing, Camping, Team Sports, and Exercise to buy a small sporting goods distributor. He sold his company in 2004 and found himself very involved in nonprofits during his "retirement". He has served nonprofits such as the Berkshire School Board and New Jersey Conservation Foundation. Keith and his wife Lisa now live in Three Forks, Montana.
